Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our hassle-free returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence.

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order’s delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products unless they are defective:
  • Bike Clothing (all categories, including Men’s and Kids’)
  • Clothing Accessories (all categories)
  • Opened or used protective gear
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the original product. For expedited exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
