At Obermeyer Sales Shop, we stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our hassle-free returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing we’ve got you covered if your item isn’t quite right.

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bike Clothing and Clothing Accessories (including Kids’ and Men’s categories) if the hygiene seals have been removed or if items show signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our returns center at:

  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the original product. For expedited exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless defective:

  • Bike Clothing (all categories)
  • Clothing Accessories (all categories)
  • Opened or used protective gear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
